Hello my lovelies, today we are going to talk about best anti aging creams for women. We are going to look at who these creams are designed for, and what role they play.
And before we start I would like to advice our young ladies out there, to take great care of your skin, if you do a great job at taking care of your skin now, you will enjoy the youthful look even when you get older, just wanted to put that out there.
Anti aging creams or products are very important for our skin, because they help slow the aging process of the skin, also they help protect our skin from damage that could make us look older.
Its possible to have a youthful appearance without having to spend lots of money on beauty treatments or painful procedures, all you have to do is establish a routine that will work to protect hydrate and nourish your skin.
I was In denial
I will start by saying that for a long time I was embarrassed by going to a beauty shop and buying an anti-aging cream. to me it meant that I am acknowledging the fact that I was indeed getting old and that was something I was not ready to accept.
So for a long time despite the fact that I knew l should start taking care of my skin to minimize fine line, I just did not want to do it, so I was buying products that had
lt wasn’t until one day I was watching a program on tv, where they were interviewing a dermatologist who said that if you are in your 30s and you are not using anti-aging cream, you have left it too long and at that point, I was very concerned because I was way over 30.
lt was time for me to accept reality
So I decided it was time, so I spoke to myself and said well Rose, you can’t hide your head in the sand anymore. So I set out to find an anti aging face cream, the first one I tried was too oily and made my face very shiny and oily, so I didn’t like it but since I had paid for it, I had to use it until it finished.
Then I went in search of another one. May I also add that all this time I was stripping off the packaging because I did not want anyone who might come to my bedroom to see that I had started using anti-aging cream.
This went on for a while until one day I said you know what, I don’t care, it’s my skin and l can use anti-aging cream if I want to lol I then found out that I was just being silly because actually some of my friends were using anti-aging creams its just that it never came up in conversation.
Who are these creams designed for?
So who are the anti-aging creams designed for? anti aging creams are actually designed for anyone, from the 20s to 60s and so on and so forth, its just that there are creams for each age group, and that’s why you see brands like L’Oreal have created antiaging creams for all age groups from the 20s all the way to 70s for the young ladies in their 20s, the cream should contain ingredients that will help maintain youthful skin for a long time, and protect from environmental damage.
So depending on where you are age-wise, try to find a cream that will suit your needs, and always take great care of your skin. And no, anti-aging cream is not for old people. So young ladies need to start working toward making sure their skin is well hydrated and nourished.
I also would like to add that men too need to take great care of their skin, I know this post is about creams for women but I would like to mention that before I did this post, l had already done one for men, so no we are not leaving anyone behind.

That concludes our list, in addition to using these creams l would also like to give you few tips on how to prevent wrinkles, number one tip is to try and not squint, if you are out in the sun, remember to take your sunglasses.
Having your sunglasses while in the sun will help you to have a relaxed face and that will stop the lines on your forehead and around your nose from forming. and don’t forget to put your sun cream.

Try as much as you can to avoid stress, stress will cause your skin to appear old before its time, stress will cause wrinkles and fine lines to appear on your skin, stress can also cause your hair to turn grey before time, so if you can, please avoid stress.
Find things that make you happy, if you have a dog, take him or her for a walk, talk to your dog, he or she won’t judge you, do whatever you can to keep stress at bay, stop smoking and try to reduce your alcohol intake.
Be gentle with your skin
Another thing I would like to add is, be gentle with your skin, don’t rub vigorously on your skin, try to massage your skin in circular motion while using face scrub, and be gentle while doing it.
And the same goes when taking off your makeup, be gentle wipe gently with your cotton or face wipes. and also don’t use very hot water to wash your face, just warm but not too hot.
when drying your face, use your face towel and just dab gently on your face, don’t wipe your face with the towel but rather bab or just cover your face with the face towel and press gently and the towel will soak up the wetness without you being rough on your skin.

Now aging is a constant thing that must happen to us all, but some get to age faster due to stress and other external factors, I believe anti aging creams would help a lot.

Very good angle! It’s true that even the purchase of a cream involve psychological aspects and not everyone is willing to deal with them. I think that from one side there should be less cultural pressure about getting old (in the ancient societies getting old was a well evaluated thing because getting old meant getting wise.. why not today?). On the other side, this pressure about age, it’s not just over women but men are affected too. And men discuss less than women about this topic, even they feel it too. It should be very useful an article like this for men too!

I have always been blessed with youthful looking skin. I am 35 going on 36 and haven’t really used any creams (I hate that most of them are full of junk). While people still think I am in my twenties, I am really starting to see the aging of my skin now especially after a 2 year period with lack of sleep and stress.
I recently started using a general serum (if I don’t forget) and argan oil. I really like the simplicity of it, but I wonder if it will be enough. But I am dying to try some of the Pure products you mentioned, this isn’t the first time I have heard about that company, so I may just jump in and try the coffee bean eye cream. It might fight the bags under my eyes too.

Your advice to young women about caring for their skin now is very apt. An ounce of protection they say is worth a pound of treatment. Thanks for all this valuable information. I like the bit for young people. I like the idea of prevention rather than cure. The coffee cream grabbed me for obvious reasons. I am a coffee drinker (smile). I live in the tropics and so I have much appreciation for protection from the direct rays of the sun.

This is something that def. can’t be avoided but can be guided =) My great Grandmother always said to take care of your skin even when your young, I always remember her slathering vaseline intense care and how shiny she was every night before bed.
