Today we are going to look at non-toxic lipsticks and we are going to look at the 10 best non-toxic lipstick to wear in the spring and in the summer, as I have mentioned this is my favorite time of the year followed closely by autumn.
So let me just say that as a black woman I have come to realize that when it comes to makeup and natural non-toxic makeup to be specific, one has to dig deeper to find colors that will suit your skin tone. I mean it’s hard already to find the perfect shade that will match your skin.
If you are a black woman, finding natural non-toxic makeup is sometimes challenging, the reason for that is that, we are many different shades of color, and so when even the big brands make a lipstick and say this color is for African American or African women, it probably won’t work because, one shade may look good on one woman, then not look so good on the other.
Having to mix two colors in order to get the perfect shade, can get expensive, so we need one color that will work on its own
So when you bring natural non toxic into the mix, things can get complicated, but that doesn’t have to be the case anymore because today I am going to give you ten options to consider. In this list I am going to include only strong bold colors because we all know that light colors sometime will not show on dark lips.
I have found many times I have to apply two different colors in order for me to get the color I am looking for, and this can be time-consuming and also it can get costly money wise, so I just want to find one color that will work on it’s own. Also in the warm weather of which we are getting into, our skin will get darker and this means the makeup we have been using in the winter, might not work so well anymore.
Summer time I find myself using different shades than the ones I use in the winter, because my skin can get very dark in the summer.
