There is this topic that has been trending on social media in the last couple of weeks, especially in East Africa. Its the issue of African Girls throwing themselves at white guys. You find young beautiful African girls throwing themselves at white men and some men are quite old.
You will find girls in their 20s dating men in their 60s and even 70s. The reason why this topic started trending on social media, especially in Kenya and Uganda, it’s because of a guy by the name of Oliver, who flew to Kenya, and he was on a mission to prove that young African Girls are desperate to get it on with a white dude. It’s said that African girls are throwing themselves at white guys no matter how old or ugly he is.

So he flew to Kenya, and within one month he allegedly slept with countless women, he documented his encounters on social media, posting pictures, and videos of all the women he was involved with. Pictures of young beautiful African women, with this guy, circulated all over social media. The sad thing about this story is that the guy was allegedly infecting the women with the HIV virus.
And the even sad part of the story is that some of the women he was involved with, were actually married, and there was even one lady who was engaged to be married. But why are African girls throwing themselves at white men? The truth is, most African women think that being with a white man is better than being with a black guy.
The reasons for this vary depending on what the woman is looking for. Contrary to popular belief that African women are throwing themselves at white guys because of economic status, and need to relocate to Western countries, there are some women who go for white guys for other reasons. And we are going to take a look at those reasons.
Why Are African Girls Throwing Themselves At White Guys? Is White Always Better?
OK, let’s focus on the less obvious reasons, yes the majority of these women are searching for Muzungus(white people) for a chance for a better life because as we know the grass is always greener on the other side until you get to the other side and realize, the grass is just as bad if not worse on the other side.
Another reason for women to seek white guys is because of what they see in movies, they think that white guys are more romantic. I think I have mentioned this issue in another article, you can read it here. The truth is some women want to get with white guys so they can have babies with “good hair” and light skin.
The issue of colorism is very real, and that is why in African skin bleaching is a multi-billion dollar business, with women spending lots of money to lighten their skin. OK, skin bleaching is not only popular in Africa but also in America, Asia, and the Caribbean. But since we are talking about African women and their desire to be with white guys, we are just going to focus on Africa for now.
Do African Women Want To Have Babies With White Guys Because Of ”Good Hair” Mentality?
So going back to women wanting to have kids with white guys, interracial dating can happen as a result of the women looking for interracial babies. You will find women who are financially stable and actually not in need of any kind of financial support from white guys, but they still look for white guys so they can have babies with them. I actually know a lady who had a white American boyfriend, and she was actually paying for his flight tickets so he can come and visit her, and she was also hosting him at her house. She ended up having a baby with him.
Another reason why African Girls are throwing themselves at white guys is because of social media, they want to show their friends that they have a muzungu boyfriend. The thing is, in Africa, it’s seen as a prestigious thing to be with a white guy. I remember I was watching an interview, with a lady who was talking about how she grew up in poverty.
To emphasize just how well her life has turned out, she said even her two daughters are now married to muzungus as if that is the highest most prestigious thing that could have happened to her and her daughters. The problem with this mentality is that you have women who are suffering in America, and Europe, but cannot go back home because they are afraid of what people will say.
Many African Women Are In Abusive Relationships But Can’t Leave Because They Don’t Want To Leave The White Guys
Or even just women who live with their Muzungus in Africa, and they are in abusive relationships but can’t get out because they are trapped, by the notion of ridicule that will follow them if they leave. This has led to cases like the one we saw in Mombasa where a Kenyan woman was killed by her Muzungu husband.
That being said, there are also those African women who get into relationships with Muzungus purely for financial gain, and some of them do arrange for their Muzungus to be eliminated, so they can inherit the money, and properties.
Another Reason For African Girls Throwing Themselves At White Guys, Attraction
Hey, we can’t help what or who we are attracted to. There are some African Women who are genuinely attracted to white guys, maybe physically and culturally, and that means they will only go for white guys. Those are the kinds of women you find on online dating sites, with profiles that have headlines like white guys only.
Mind you, even the women who want financial gain and a chance to relocate to other countries might have white guys only on their online dating profiles. The thing is, if you are attracted to white guys, that is perfectly fine, and you should indeed pursue who you are attracted to.
But, if you are going for white guys purely for financial gain or for a chance to relocate to America, Canada, Europe, Australia, or any other place. That is a bad idea, If you have read my post about compatibility, I mentioned a situation where I was involved with someone who had many issues.
I have actually mentioned this person in many of my articles, and I use that example to show women, and men that relocating to America, or Europe, does not necessarily equal ”good life” I relocated to America, and I went back to Kenya, feeling used, ashamed and disappointed. I honestly didn’t even care what people would say, I just wanted to go back home to my country, and to my family.
Does Being White, Being American, Or European Guarantee One A Life Of Luxury?
The thing is, being white or being American does not necessarily guarantee a nice house, a nice car, or lots of money. Let me tell you what happened to me in New York, and I have never shared this with anyone before this article. The guy was a black American, he lived in Bronx New York, he seemed to have a good job so I assumed he lived in a nice place, turns out he was living in a place that was worse than my place in Kenya.
I honestly don’t know what he was doing with his money because as I have mentioned in my other articles, things went really bad when I got there to a point where we were not talking to each other. OK, so here I was in New York City, in an apartment that was infested with mice, cockroaches, fleas, flies, you name it that apartment had it.
OH, and when it rained, there was a place we had to put a bucket because it was liking. Listen guys just because someone is an American or European, does not mean they are living a good life or they have money. Now, I could have put up with all that, if we had a genuine loving relationship, but we did not.
Some Americans Actually Believe That Taking An African To America Is Like Taking You To Heaven
Turns out he thought that taking me to America, was like taking me to heaven and therefore he had the right to use me anyhow he pleased, including trying to use me to get his ex-wife back. So for that reason, I had to leave because when I tried to speak to him about the issues we were having but he said I should be kissing his feet for bringing me to America because he said Africans would do anything to come to America. At that point, I made it my mission to leave that country and go back to Kenya, because, I felt I had a better life in Kenya, than the one I was having there.
So, the point I am trying to make here for my African Sisters, and brothers, because there are some African guys who are going for old white ladies too, in hope of relocating to the West. Life is not that simple, and being in Europe or America will not guarantee you riches and luxury.
If you want to relocate, do so knowing that life will be very tough, and you might end up working very hard and not be able to send anything back home, because things are also expensive in Europe and the US, so you might find you will be working so hard just to have something to eat, and to stay warm, especially in the winter.
There Are Many Things You Need To Consider Before You Relocate To America Or Any Other Part Of The World
Another thing you have to consider is that the old guy probably has kids, and they are probably going to hate you and treat you badly, so you need to be prepared for that. Also, the old guy might side with his kids which could leave you feeling lonely and abandoned in a strange land without knowing anyone, and probably not speaking the language.
This is another thing I want to mention, these girls are so desperate to find white men, that they don’t even bother to go for countries that speak the language they know. For example, you will find Kenyan girls who instead of finding guys from let’s say UK, Australia, Canada, or the US, They go for Germans, French, and Portuguese, or even Greeks, for that matter.
Do you know how long it would take you to learn to speak Greek? or Danish for that matter? A very long time, I can tell you that for a fact.

Dating and relationships are super complicated and people enter into relationships for all kinds of reasons. Some for love, some for companionship, and some for financial sustainability. Whatever the reason, the couple must be honest and clear about the reasons. When it comes to African girls and white guys, the issue is complicated and the African women will not stop seeking white guys.
That’s because the problem is deep-rooted and Africans will always see the white race as the superior race, so African women will always feel like being with a white guy is a prestigious thing, but in reality, it’s not. There are some really wealthy African men who are even wealthier than those white guys that the women are looking for online.
When I was doing my online dating I always left my profile open, I did not specify the race of the guy I was looking for, I only talked about my preferences like height and characteristics. My sister, you could be blocking your blessing by putting Caucasian only or white only on your dating profile.
